The close season of 2018 saw the first phase of a major redevelopment at Tithe Farm, home to Rayners Lane Football Club.
The Harrow based club is undergoing a major re-development with a new clubhouse as well as car parking and community facilities, but the centre piece is the clubs new state of the art 3G pitch.
The project was delivered in conjunction with house builder Matthew Homes who are developing an area of residential property to help the club fund the upgrade.
The pitch, hardstanding surrounds, perimeter fencing and sports equipment were delivered in 12 weeks and the facility was delivered ready for preseason training in August 2018 as planned.
Velocity are due back on site in early 2019 to construct a fenced and floodlit Multi Use Games area which will be used by the local community.
