The students at the Globe Academy in London returned from their 2014 summer holidays to a brand new 3rd generation football and rugby surface.
The school’s existing macadam courts were upgraded using the much sought-after RHINO Turf VT60, laid onto a 15mm thick rubber shockpad to enable a combined usage of football and rugby training.
The existing twinbar perimeter fencing system was uplifted and repaired with new heavy-duty fence folding aluminium sports equipment installed.
This previously basic and underutilised sports area now provides a high-quality training space for football and rugby and through community usage, also generates valuable income stream for the school.

"I worked hard to obtain a grant for the 3G pitch upgrade and we are delighted with our new pitch, which will prove to be a huge asset for the Academy and the wider community."
