Over the winter of 2020 and the spring of 2021 Velocity constructed an outstanding new sports hub for Epsom & Ewell High School.
Working alongside respected local contractor O&D Construction Ltd who delivered an outstanding new clubhouse, landscaping and external works, the project started in September under a design and build contract which involved the construction of a 3G pitch for football, a polymeric running track, macadam Multi Use Games Area and 2no natural grass football pitches.
The scheme included the very latest LED floodlighting to all synthetic areas, robust high-level perimeter fencing as well as hard and soft landscaping.
The scheme was carried out in close proximity to local residents and working collaboratively with O&D Construction, the project was delivered sympathetically and to an exceptional standard.
