In the summer of 2020 Barking Football Club worked in partnership with Velocity Sports Ltd to install a state-of-the-art new artificial playing surface as part of a major refurbishment to their home ground, Mayesbrook Park.
As well as the playing surface the club invested, thanks to part funding from the FA’s Football Stadia Improvement Fund (FSIF), in new perimeter walkways, spectator fencing, security fencing and equipment.
The club also improved their existing natural grass training area as part of the works
